
Im 16, live in the UK and go to College. Ive made this blog purely for motivation and determination to lose weight, and tone my body. I want the will-power and control when it comes to food.
I'm going on a simple diet, basically eating the right food and healthy eating, cutting out all junk foods, and to excerise 3 or more times a week, lets hope I reach my target weight!
Its going to be a slow process but Im willing to wait to have the body I love, Im going on this diet for noone else but myself.
Height- 5' 1 or 2 (I'm not to sure)
Starting weight- 138 lbs
Current weight- 133lbs
Goal weight- 120 or under
Theres a difference between being skinny and being a pile of bones.
